Warm and Cold Foods

·         Use handy thermos for storing hot soup.
·         The thermos can maintain either warm or cold.
·         Choose a small amount of freezer packs to help keep things cold and to keep away from any food spoilage. If you're bothered about condensation, put the freezer packs into plastic bags or wrap them in aluminum foil. Put the bags in the freezer before bed and they will be ready to go by morning.
