The MC

        

Attending a wedding ceremony is an opportunity of a lifetime.  When you get invited not being part of the entourage as one of the bride's maids, secondary sponsor nor one of the principals sponsors, but being the master of ceremonies is really challenging.  The MC plays a special role in the wedding reception. She must carry on the whole show of the program like the captain of the ship.  Definitely she has to prepare a lot of things, the flow of the program or how the show will be. Practicing pronouncing the names to be called be more familiar with it.

          During preparation, she does a lot of brainstorming and ideas flooding her mind. Conceptualization of the program immediately comes first.  Then after writing down the sequence of the program, start scribbling some notes for the script. Make consultation with the couple and have them see the flow of the program, also accepts suggestions from them. When approval is given from the couple, she felt even better after the affirmation.

           She has been invited many times to be the MC for wedding reception ceremonies.  With her experiences, she can mix and match couples of ideas to improve every program she does.  She also makes research regarding some new trends in wedding reception and infuses it in her program.

            The delivery comes so easy with her, she is very confident and articulate when it comes to emceeing.  Practicing her notes makes her more spontaneous in her  delivery. She always reads in front of the mirror delivering the script. She wanted it to the best performance every time she delivers. For her it's like a hobby, honing her skills to improve and become efficient in everything she does. She positively believes that every performance is a different experience that she puts in her collection of treasured memories.
